Company projectBuilt the data-loading pipeline of an API developed with the BI team. It extracted reservation data from a Data Warehouse (transformed from XML to JSON) and loaded it into Dynamics 365, giving the CRM team real-time visibility into bookings and changes originating in RESCO.
Company projectDeveloped the frontend of an internal ticketing tool for concierge staff. Featured an availability calendar and a shopping cart; once a guest's room was verified, the sale was processed via room charge or card, integrated with Opera and VGS for guest validation and payment, with automatic email confirmation.
